2011......Really?!?!

Can you believe that it's 2011 already? 10 years since high school! YIKES! Where is the time going?!!? I had a pretty good 2010 but I am very excited for this year....I know I was making progress last year, but I hope to actually visually see that progress this year and have it really pay off.

So, I guess that leaves me with my goals for this year - I've made them and put them up on my wall at work - so thought I would share them here - and hopefully some of you will share yours with me and we can help each other towards our goals!

1.       Workout 5-6 days a week consistently with both weights and cardio.
2.       Run a half marathon and work to improve to 2:15.
3.       Get BF% to 25% or less.
4.       Eat out no more than twice a week.
5.       Work on achieving Clean Eating.
6.       Try eating new foods and making new recipes – be adventurous in the kitchen!
7.       Give up soda completely.  
8.       Get into size 8 clothes, at least.
9.       Manage my allowance better, or don’t spend it so fast.
10.   Pay off the 3 debt items outstanding.  Follow the new budget guidelines.
11.   Improve on my professional and casual dress.
12.   Increased Church attendance and involvement.
13.   Read more books - continue to read a lot!

  1. Good ones! I'm back in town, let me know if you ever want to go walk/run at the park, maybe even with the doggies. I'm trying to get get in better shape this year. I managed to do it before Hawaii but I stopped going to the gym after the trip.

  2. I saw you mention you were back! YAY! That sounds like a great idea - I'm up for a walk or run sometime - glad you had a great time in Hawaii!! You'll have to tell me all about it!
